FIT KID
Support from the start - for health for life.FIT KID is a programme for children and adolescents, developed by JM Clinic experts with the aim of preventing civilisation diseases from an early age. Our care for children focuses on a comprehensive approach that includes rigorous prevention and effective treatment. For optimal results, we offer 6-month programs, complemented by group exercise sessions tailored to your child's needs.
Civilization diseases include a wide range of health problems associated with the lifestyle and environment of modern society, such as childhood overweight, obesity, physical disabilities, psychomotor development disorders and posture problems. These conditions, which affect up to half of all children, can lead to serious health problems later in life, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and mental disorders.
Package contents:
- Initial consultation by a physical therapist: the first step towards mutual trust, collaboration and care planning.
- Initial examination by a physiotherapist: Includes medical history, clinical examination, ECG, stress test and body composition analysis. Based on these examinations, we will make recommendations for further action.
- Nutritional counselling: expert recommendations aimed at improving the diet of your children and the whole family.
- Physiotherapy and conditioning: Supervised by experts to make exercise fun and effective.
- Regular check-ups by your doctor: Evaluating progress and adjusting your prevention and treatment plan.
- Psychological support: Help in coping with psychological aspects related to health and lifestyle.
- Exit examination by a physician: Includes a repeat medical history, clinical examination, ECG, stress test and body composition analysis. We will assess the progress of the health condition and recommend further action, including the choice of the right footwear, school bag, work ergonomics and shoe inserts.

If a learning disability or other problem is detected, we have neurodevelopmental stimulation specialists who offer comprehensive solutions to difficult to solve problems.
We will also provide contacts for sports clubs and clubs where your children can choose the most fun and healthy way to exercise.
